General Info

Tucked along Via Europa Unita in the quiet town of Borgo a Mozzano, Bidiba Ristorante Pizzeria feels like the kind of place locals rely on for relaxed dinners and casual gatherings. From the moment you approach the restaurant at Via Europa Unita, 5, 55023 Borgo a Mozzano LU, the atmosphere comes across as welcoming and uncomplicated-exactly what you want from a neighborhood spot where food and comfort take center stage.

Inside, the setting is informal and easygoing. Families, couples, and small groups all seem to find their place here. One thing that stood out during my visit was how the space accommodates different needs without fuss. There’s a wheelchair accessible parking lot, which makes arrival smoother for guests who need it. It’s a small detail, but it reflects a thoughtful approach to hospitality.

The menu leans into the comforting style you’d expect from a classic Italian restaurant and pizzeria. While the focus is clearly on simple, satisfying meals, the dining experience itself feels relaxed rather than rushed. Dinner service is particularly popular, and the restaurant tends to come alive in the evening when people drop in after work or meet friends for a laid-back meal. Watching tables fill up gradually gives you the sense that this place has become part of the community’s routine.

Another practical advantage is the delivery service. On nights when heading out isn’t convenient, having the option to enjoy the restaurant’s food at home makes a big difference. It’s easy to see why locals appreciate that flexibility. Restaurants that offer both dine-in comfort and delivery tend to become regular favorites.

Families will also notice that Bidiba Ristorante Pizzeria keeps younger guests in mind. The kids’ menu makes dining out with children less stressful, giving parents a simple way to include everyone at the table. During my visit, I saw several families enjoying dinner together, which added to the relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

Parking is rarely a concern either. Free street parking nearby means visitors don’t have to circle the area looking for a spot before sitting down to eat. That convenience, combined with the restaurant’s accessible location, makes it an easy choice whether you’re planning a casual dinner or just meeting friends for a relaxed evening.

Overall, the experience at Bidiba Ristorante Pizzeria feels straightforward in the best way possible. It’s a place where the focus stays on good food, a comfortable environment, and a menu that works for families, locals, and visitors exploring this corner of Tuscany. The steady stream of diners and positive word-of-mouth reviews suggest it has earned a dependable reputation among people who simply want a pleasant place to enjoy dinner.

What customers say?

“ Hands down my favorite place in Italia! The food is immaculate, the vibe is great, it seems as a lovely family business where everyone is super happy and welcoming to anyone. They are not the best at English - but there is one waiter, Zairon (with beautiful long curly hair) whos absolutely incredible! Going back to Italia, only to visit this place ”

“ Excellent 1st stop in Italy for dinner. So many good items (and wine and beer) on the menu. The pizza was fantastic and servers were great! ”

- James Worden -

“ Great pizza. Friendly staff. Nice selection of drinks ”

“ Our guests said this was the best pizza they'd had for a very long time. We agreed. Courteous service, the best beer in town and immaculately appointed decor made for a very pleasant evening indeed ”

“ We have been coming here for 5 years and always good. The food is excellent, the waiting staff are very professional. High quality produce and a great menu. ”

“ We had two very good burgers for dinner, with homemade bread made by the chef, whom we compliment. The service was good, but there was a long wait, although it was pleasant with the jazz background. This is a refined restaurant, where you can eat everything from fish to pizza; for burgers, there's just one simple bun with the option of adding toppings. The sauces for the fries are a bit pricey: ketchup and mayonnaise, with an additional €1.50 each. We recommend a pit stop; the restaurant is open until midnight. Parking is also available for campers. ”

“ The pizzas were very thin and crispy. Very tasty, but unfortunately with very little topping. The Bernese sausages with fries were a bit small and overpriced. The mineral water was very good. The outdoor seating area is next to or on the parking lot and is shaded by tents. ”

“ Our time in Bagni di Lucca is slowly winding down… so tonight, instead of cooking, we treated ourselves to one of our favorite local spots — and wow, did they deliver! From the amuse bouche of Pappa al Pomodoro (the coziest Tuscan tomato-bread soup) to tagliolini with white truffle, a crispy Milanese cutlet with patate fritte, a chilled vino bianco frizzante, and finally… tiramisu + flambé crème brûlée — every bite was pure perfection. Grazie mille @BidibaCiberia for another unforgettable meal and your always-warm hospitality! ???????? #lostineuropetravel #traveleurope #traveladdict #ExploreWithUs #tuscanfood #bagnidilucca #italianfoodie #traveleats #wheninitaly #tuscanvibes #foodieadventures #italytravel ”
